The Oakley Assault Boot is an awesome boot not only because it is super light and comfortable but it also provides protection to your feet.  It has an EVA midsole and outsole that naturally moves with your feet providing comfort while on the go.  Having tons of features and being durable doesn't mean the boot has to weigh a ton.  The Oakley Assault comes in at just 14-15 oz making it a super lightweight boot.  If you are on your feet all day you will notice how light they are and how much the boot will absorb shock.  Not only are these super light and comfortable to wear but they breathe really well too.  On hot days they provide ventilated air to flow in and out keeping your feet cooler.   Last the laces are nylon and will stand up to most wear and tear.  They also have a nice locking system so they won't come undone all the time.
